Our Verdict
Lowe’s and Toys R Us might be interesting for some people. Sometimes some areas also include Visa/Mastercard gift cards, this doesn’t seem to be the case this time but I might be wrong.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing more than 3 or 4 GCs at a time, just have to make plenty of trips I guess. If you get too many, you slow down lines and raise the chances of a Manager cracking down on it. The ad in-store says “Limitations apply”.
Fuel saver 10c each $50 GC is a nice bonus. Adds another ~$1.50 of profit if you usually fill up your tank for 15 gallons.
Stacks with $.20 fuel rewards for every $100 gc purchased resulting in a small profit if reselling.
