Update: Seems like the issue is now resolved.
Currently there seems to be an issue with the Bank of America Premium Rewards $100 travel credit posting, a similar issue is also occurring on American Express cards that offer airline reimbursements. This has happened on the American Express cards before and the worry is always that gift cards no longer work. From what I’ve been able to tell nobody has received a reimbursement on the Bank of America Premium Rewards card since June 6th-June 7th, that includes people making purchases that should qualify and even includes the application fee for Global Entry (this is a different benefit, but it’s interesting that a statement credit still hasn’t posted). It’s always possible that Bank of America/American Express are making changes to how these travel credits work, but I highly doubt that’s the case and I suspect that there is a backlog/some other issue at play and it will be resolved sooner rather than later. If you’re worried, you can always wait until the issue is resolved/we know more to make your purchases to ensure you’re only making purchases that will be correctly rebated.
Small Update: The dates above are for the Bank of America travel credit, American Express seems to be more recent/might not be an issue at all.
