Not sure two x $500.0 with pass my CC company despite good CLs. Offer on my Kroger digital coupons indicates variable up to $500.00 will fly, but the small amount of the offer limits the value of the offer.

I routinely buy 2x 500 with Amex and Chase. just ease into it.
I think the GC Galore article is wrong for many of these Kroger deals. I looked in the terms for the coupon and for many of those I’m not seeing a spend minimum. For example, the Macy’s offer just says $15 off 2 gift cards and it shows that $25-$200 gift cards qualify so you can get $15 off of $50 which is much more compelling.
You can’t just look at the eligible products. The terms at the top lay out the spend requirement.

This works for 2X25$ , I just bought Macy’s and kohl’s . Got 15/50 and 12/50 respectively.
Right, it just doesn’t stack with the variable load cards.

Does anyone know if are you able to buy 4x$505.95 at self checkout? I believe I’ve seen the limit is $2000, so wasn’t sure if the fees put you over the limit or not.
Fees count towards the $1999.99 limit
$2k limit is including all fees, so no.

I did a 2*$505.95 yesterday and had to give my DL for scan to the cashier followed by entering my SSN at the POS twice.

I buy daily at Fry’s, the new $1000 limit has been in effect for the past few weeks. Since then I buy 1 $500 and 1 $450. Today I am going to try 1 $500 and 1 $499, but not sure if it will work.
