Chase are currently offering bonus of $300 when you open their checking account and $200 when you open their savings account and completing the bonus requirements. This offer is due to expire on March 7th, so if you’re interested then this is your last chance.
This is the best offer that Chase offers (as the $300 checking bonus is for the Chase total checking account rather than premier checking) so if you’re interested it’s better to get these bonuses sooner rather than later. In addition they have the following requirements you should be mindful of when churning these bonuses:
- You’re limited to one Chase bonus per calendar year
- Your account needs to be kept open for six months to avoid the early account termination fee
- You’re not eligible for the bonus if you’re an  existing Chase customers, or those who have had accounts closed in the last 90 days (or with a negative balance)
Basically if you’re eligible now it’s best to get the bonus so you’ll be ready to get it again in 2018. When you’re in a Chase branch, you should check for Chase pre-approved offers as well as these bypass the Chase 5/24 rule. If you get the Chase Sapphire Preferred you might be able to get matched to this 75,000 point offer as well (one of the best credit card bonuses). It’s worth remembering you can’t be pre-approved for the Chase Sapphire Reserve 100,000 point offer currently, but if you’re under 5/24 then you should get that bonus before it decreases to only 50,000 points on March 12th.
