American Express currently offer the following two bonuses:
- Blue Cash Everyday $450 Offer ($250+ 10% Back At Restaurants) via Incognito [YMMV]
- Blue Cash Preferred $450 Offer ($250+ 10% Back At Restaurants) via Incognito [YMMV]
I only think that these offers are worth considering if you can get the $250 + 10% back at restaurant offers to show (rather than the standard $100/$150 + 10% offers). Today is the last day for these offers, so if you’re interested I’d recommend applying now. Tomorrow I imagine American Express will release a new offer and replace restaurants with another category.
Previous offers have been as follows:
- 10% on amazon up to $2,000 in purchases
- 5% on travel up to $4,000 in purchases
- 10% on wireless up to $2,000 in purchases
I don’t have any advance knowledge of what the new category will be. Personally I was a fan of restaurants as it’s difficult to get a high category bonus on these purchases, but Discover is offering 5% cash back on these purchases for Q3 and the Chase Sapphire Reserve also offers 3x on these purchases.
