[Expired] Blue Cash Everyday: Up To $450 Back ($250 Sign Up Bonus + 10% On Amazon) – Publicly Available

We mentioned this in our post on direct links for increased sign up bonuses, but I think this deserves a post of it’s own. Warning is the same though, make sure you take a screenshot of the offer and I’d recommend not manufactured spending on this card.

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Receive a sign up bonus of $250 after you spend $1,000 on purchases within the first three months of card membership on the Blue Cash Everyday card
  • You’ll also earn 10% back on up to $2,000 on Amazon.com purchases on the card within the first six months of card membership

Our Verdict

Standard bonus on this card is $100 and they have recently been trying different merchants to offer 5%/10% cash back with, for example:

This is a good deal if you can maximize the 10% back at Amazon (and a pretty good deal even if you can’t, but you might be better waiting for a merchant where you can – although then there is no guarantee you’ll get the $250 offer). That being said the Discover it is also offering up to 10% cash back at Amazon (5% from the rotating categories and that is matched if you’re in your first year), there are other cards that also offer 5% year round.

Keep in mind there is some risk involved in using this link or other similar links – so only do what you’re comfortable with and don’t be surprised if American Express cracks down. If you have any questions about American Express, I’d recommend reading through this post first as your questions have probably already been answered in detail.

YMMV, I’m seeing the $300 offer at that link.

Strange – it had been at 250 for the last 2 days with incognito- I started with your link – which does not work – Amex provided a link to the gold premier card 50k pts… then I looked at other offers and the 250 deal was there

I have had trouble in getting any offers like these by logging in to amex. It used to be much easier. I still get email offers but very rarely. Now it seems if I ever see an offer in general, incognito (or these), I get the same offer but with slightly better terms. Like BCE 250 +200 0 for 15 months then 13.24%. I think that is a decent offer but it seems to change every few weeks. It originally came by email and the $200 was for travel 5% but only $150 after $500 spend for the gen bonus. Then it changed to amazon. I wish I could get the wireless one even though I have 3×2500 MR offers for wireless that expire in feb, plus 10% off $300 on cable and 10% off 300 on wireless by december. I would love to get the wireless BCE (I think thats long gone) but amazon would suffice. I am using my new discover for all sams online purchases for the 5% now and 5% in a few weeks, that gets doubled, so 20% on 1500. But I have noticed Amex has slowed down significantly on permanent APR reductions, and is pushing more towards 6-12 months of 0-6.99% depending on the card. I don’t like these because being in a promo like that prevents any perm reductions in that period. My delta card is already at 8%, so I have no desire to take 6.99% for 12 months. My ED card is stuck at 16% and has the majority of my amex credit line. I never pay interest and I am well aware they negate the rewards. I originally was excited for my SPG card I acquired this spring after seeing a gamut of folks get permanent reductions to 5.74-7.74%. The plan was to move most of my CL to this card. But now that SPG and Mariott have merged and Chase is rumored to release its own SPG card, who knows how much longer the Amex SPG card will be around for. I also have PRG and Platinum. I was formerly tempted to take an EDP bonus but its my oldest amex account and I want a no fee MR card to park points. I just think around the holidays it would be nice to have more discounts beyond discover, as well as a lower rate than my current ED card. I also decided to keep my PRG for a 2nd year but that was before they introduced 5x points on the platinum, since the PRG gets 4x MRs for air travel booked through amex. Had I known I was going to get 5x on plat, I probably would have canceled the PRG and either upgraded or applied for the EDP. My other current issue I am having is with Plenti. I don’t know what is going on but Plenti is no longer working in redeeming Plenti Points at exxon/mobil gas stations. It worked perfectly the beginning of the month.… Read more »

I’m still confused about which cards are considered the same. I have the Blue Cash Preferred, would I be eligible for this Blue Cash Everyday bonus?

thought everyone here would have received the bonuses from other AMEX offers already, thus voiding all these other good offers.

Nice, plunk down $1,000 in Amazon credits, get $100 back, plus the $250 = $350, or a 35% discount.

I got the app page to load in incognito mode.

This is such easy money… you can just load $500 to your amazon balance after you receive the card and min spend is met… then you can load the remaining $1.5k later.
