Buy e-gc’s $180 for the cost of $150. This is a 16.66% discount. Sell the gift cards on Raise, which has a 15% fee. Perhaps to sell it quicker you can offer a 1.66% discount. You’ll make your money back and depending on your method of payment, you get free miles (150) or cash back ($1.50).
Idk I tried a prepaid visa from SB earlier this week and it was denied trying to buy a lowes gc at lowes.com(buyatab)-looked up the reason and its apparently that some merchants block the gc’s from being used as they have a higher risk of being fraudulent. I had to combine my gift cards using other sites- I was just using it to offset a purchase not for a promo.

Different first name? Do they not submit the name as part of the billing info on the CC?
Apparently not. I used a different first name and it went through just fine. I’ve often wondered before just how much billing info is actually submitted. Maybe it depends on the merchant? I don’t know.
