Our Verdict
The old link we posted has now died but reddit user Rossbolton87 has posted this new link. This offer does not contain the 24 month language that would exclude you from getting the bonus if you’ve had any other Citi American Airlines card within the last 24 months. In the past these links have successfully worked to get the bonus, this is a new link though so no hard data points that I am aware of. Before applying read these things you should know about Citibank.
Normally I wouldn’t post these publicly but given they are already on reddit I don’t see the harm in sharing them with our readers. Don’t draw unnecessary attention to this offer by calling in and asking if you will be eligible for the bonus or not. All that does is alert Citi that you aren’t eligible under the normal and make it less likely you’ll get the bonus. Remember to not forget matched to the 60,000 offer as well.
