Public resale rates are 85%. That means you’d be making a $5 profit before taking into account credit card rewards. Remember to use a card that earns at a high rate on office supply stores, the best cards offer 5x/5% so that would be another $4 profit. As far as I know no portals offer anything on gift card purchases, but you can always try. Obviously no guarantee that resale rates will stay that high either. If you have access to the AmEx offer for spend $50+ get $10 back then this is a good chance to use it.
