Our Verdict

If it wasn’t just a teaser rate then this would be the best high interest savings account currently available. Unfortunately it is a teaser rate and looks like the rate drops to 0.25% APY after this period. I don’t think chasing savings account rates are worth it and this is especially true when they are just introductory rates. Even if you had $100,000 in the account you’d only be earning an extra ~$65 compared to a 2% APY account. Better to grab another bank account bonus instead.
