Update 4/24/25: Sam’s Club and Home Depot are also not able to be purchased with a credit card, only with Pepper points.

Pepper app stopped allowing card payment for Amazon gift cards. You can still buy Amazon gift cards and pay with your Pepper points balance.
They are also still carrying Amazon Fresh gift cards which can be paid for with a credit card.
