Chase Freedom and Chase Freedom Flex’s fourth quarter 2020 category is 5x at Paypal and Walmart.

On the Raise app but not on their website, you can buy a gift card using Paypal.
So for a $100 eGift card, you would theoretically be paying $89.30 which is a 10.7% discount.
