The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Raise is offering $10 off a future purchase of $100+ starting January 15th, 2018 when you list and sell a gift card by January 12th, 2018. You’ll also pay a reduced commission of 10%.

The Fine Print

  • List a gift card or store credit between 12/27/17 and 1/12/18 11:59 PM CST to qualify for these promotions.
  • Card must sell by 1/12/18 11:59 PM CST to qualify for the reduced 10% commission.
  • Card must be listed through 1/15/18 to qualify for $10 off any purchase over $100. $10 promo code will be sent to you on 1/15/18.
  • One promo code per household.
  • One-time use.
  • Select brands do not qualify for these promotions.
  • Bulk sellers are ineligible for these promotions.

Our Verdict

Doesn’t seem like there is a minimum amount the gift card must be. Probably makes sense to list a $5 gift card, I suspect that those would sell well as people might be purchasing them to take advantage of the other Raise deal that offers 5% off sitewide in the new year if you buy a gift card by the end of December.

Right after cardcash promotes their 5% off on all GC, Raise today has the same promo running till year end.

The reduced commission is the real winner here. Especially with the timing for all our airline credits.

Mine is showing as a 12% commission. Is this changed when/if it sells by 1/12 automatically? Or could it be YMMV.
