Also left a (much lenghtier) comment on the post https://www.doctorofcredit.com/bitmo-gift-card-app-free-5-gift-card-for-signing-up/#sidr-main , but Bitmo outright turned into thieves / crooks and shutdown their app and website without any warnings or announcements, taking my $100+ unredeemed gift card credits with them! WTF!
And I was finally going to redeem all my Bitmo credits this year too. I was just in the app looking around, several weeks ago. Of course when I checked a few days ago, I could not login anymore and apparently the support email does not work anymore either.
Action needs to be taken against this “company” to push them to re-enable their service to let us have access to our funds again. I would be happy just being able to cash out all my funds in there.

This is so painful! I’m on the same boat. Action needs to be taken against them to enforce them to give us access to these funds and gift cards that we PAID for! Can’t believe they did this! They have turned criminal stealing our money!
Per my reply to Tommy above, kindly submit a complaint to the BBB, CFPB, FTC, FINRA and your State Attorney General to get eyes on this! We can’t let them get away with this. This is outright theft and criminal!
We need access to our funds and the gift cards we paid for. Can legal action be taken against them for pulling this stunt? I just want us to access our funds and gift cards again!
Same here! I have around $150 worth of gift cards that I now cannot use or redeem! Was going to use them this holiday season but of course found out the painful way that I now cannot login.
Please submit a complaint to the BBB, CFPB, FTC and your State Attorney General to get eyes on this! We can’t let them get away with this. This is outright theft and criminal! We need access to our funds and the gift cards we paid for.
