My issue is pretty weird, it looks like half the transactions got 3x and the others didn’t for the past 3 months – I don’t even carry the card around, only way I use the Altitude card is with Apple Pay. Anyway, called and got a nice rep – complained nicely and got 5K points – think that pretty much makes up for the missing points, so if they don’t ever come, won’t fret over it. By the way, she also recommended deleting and re-adding – and after doing that, looks like all the transactions are back to 3x now.
I’m short like 7,000 points from US Bank Altitude. I accepted 5,000 bonus points, and CSA also indicated that they will be providing the missing points in the future when the problem is corrected. If that pushes up against my AF I guess I’ll call back in again.
I dunno how y’all got courtesy points. I complained today for the first time (haven’t gotten mobile bonus in 3 months) and pressed and nada.
My Altitude points look fine except for one day I had two Apple Pay transactions at the same merchant for the same amount. One is listed as 5x, the other 1x – but it balances out.
Just checked, got 1x on all my Google Wallet purchases but 3x on all Apple Pay on P2’s phone.
P2 is getting 3x on mobile purchases. Sorry for those who are only getting 1x. Hope US Bank resolves it for you.
That Altitude Reserve problem is so weird. Just checked my reward history and I’m not affected by it. This could be good or bad seeing as some people are getting 15k point bonuses for experiencing the issue.
Not affected either. Apple Pay on iPhone/Safari seems working.
3x on Apple Pay started posting correctly again after I deleted and re-added my Altitude Reserve on my phone and watch wallets.
I’ve seen that DP elsewhere as well, maybe FT? I haven’t had issues with Apple Pay 3x but I replaced my card last year and had to re-add it. Wonder if this is somehow linked to how long the card has been on the mobile wallet?
I called for the courtesy points and they basically said you’ll get all your correct points when we fix the problem, bye!

The rep I spoke to was very nice and while didn’t offer points she empathized with me that its a known issue and that I should anticipate a letter soon on the resolution and that I would be credited my missing points. I didn’t find a need to ask for extra points. I know errors happen, I’ll give them some time before calling back on the resolution.
