Just wanted to say a quick thanks to all the readers who supported our Prime day coverage and those who put up with it even if they aren’t really interested in those types of deals.
- A teacher talked about her students’ struggles on a plane. Then, strangers handed her wads of cash by USA Today. Always nice to see some positive news, even if it’s kind of depressing that this is necessary in the first place.
- Saks is offering up to 15x miles through shopping portals. Might be a good time to take advantage of the American Express Platinum $50 credit. Can also stack with the American Airlines shopping portal bonus.
- Californians can now unsubscribe from WSJ online. Here is the link to do so. Sometimes they offer big point/mile bonuses for joining. This is due to a new state ruling saying that it’s a requirement.
- Free Chick-fil-A for those in Minnesota. Works for existing app users as well. Hat tip to reader Matt.
