Chances are you’re one of the millions of people that purchase a Red Bull product in the United States between January 1, 2002, and October 3, 2014. If you are, then you might be entitled to a $10 check or $15 worth of Red Bull product. Here is what to do:
- Go to http://energydrinksettlement.com/claim
- Submit your claim before March 2nd, 2015
- Wait until May 1st, 2015 to see if the settlement has been approved
- If approved then the settlement/products will be sent to those who filed a claim within 150 days
I have no idea how likely it is that this will be approved, settled and money sent out. That said, I’ve had success with these class action lawsuits in the past and I always believe it’s worth throwing your hat into the ring.
