“Best deal ever” followed by outrage.
The flights under my reservation disappeared in TAP’s website (it shows the reservation, but with zero flights). Priceline is saying the airline made changes that are “pending”.
TAP will not honor reservation and will cancel. I am going to file a charge back and let Amex handle the rest.
I imagine TAP will give you your money back, what’s the purpose of the chargeback?
Because depending on how you purchased your tickets, TAP is going the voucher route, rather than the full refund to the original credit card route.
