Round Trip Business Class Fares To Europe From $250 [Tickets Cancelled]

Update 3/6/21: Unfortunately tickets are being cancelled. Never a nice feeling, but at least this was done quickly. Hopefully refunds are quick as well.

The Offer

  • TAP Portugal is currently offering round trip business class fares to Europe starting from $250.

Our Verdict

A lot of the routes are unfortunately already booked out, but some still remain. Keep in mind you have 24 hours to cancel without any fees. I’d also recommending read this Miles Talk post for full details.

Can’t help but feel a little Schadenfreude since I missed out on this deal.

“Best deal ever” followed by outrage.

The flights under my reservation disappeared in TAP’s website (it shows the reservation, but with zero flights). Priceline is saying the airline made changes that are “pending”.

TAP will not honor reservation and will cancel. I am going to file a charge back and let Amex handle the rest.

I imagine TAP will give you your money back, what’s the purpose of the chargeback?

Because depending on how you purchased your tickets, TAP is going the voucher route, rather than the full refund to the original credit card route.
