Update 11/28/19: Deal is back, amount of points available might be a bit different this time (e.g Sprint is showing 3,000 points).
Samsung Pay was offering 1,000-2,000 points for visiting an AT&T store as part of ‘rewards hunt’. These promotions had expired, but they are back again and good through 9/5/19. Deals are as follows:
1,000/2,000 points is worth about $5/$10 and it’s harder to earn points than it was previously. That being said these points might help you hit a redemption level making them useful. Not sure if it’s possible to do these deals if you just did them, I suspect not but don’t know for sure.

Only time i have opened samsung pay is to use chase pay. Otherwise screw them.

I also have one for 2000 for visiting a samsung experience store, on top of the t-mobile one. Too bad theres like 3 of them in the entire country and GPS spoofing doesn’t seem to work on my s8+.
I have heard that even putting in an un-activated (or activated) sim for another carrier will let you do that carriers samsung pay reward hunt.
The new offer is a different number of points, at least for some of the carriers; T-mobile is now 1000.

Got earn 2000 for sprint offer (haven’t claimed it yet) did claim an earlier 1000 for sprint offer. Me thinks, you only get the provider you are using. Have unlocked galaxy s9 but SIM card to be on sprint network
I only have TMobile one.
