Our Verdict
2,000 points is worth like $10 now and it’s even harder to earn rewards points than before, but this might help you reach a redemption level so could be useful from that perspective. We’ve seen a similar deal for AT&T in the past but only for 500 points.
Even redemption values are almost worthless,
The 2k S-Pay points can be redeemed for a $10 off Coupon on Samsung.com this week for 1,800 SP
Last year I used a bunch of Coupons for AKG headphones -$25 after $25 off coupon for AKG N50 as well as for Level U headphones, and High speed car and wall chargers (2.5A High speed) for about $10 – my kids use these BT headphones and chargers-
The coupons codes even stacked with Clearance items with free S&H last August. I was hoping that they would keep Codes active cause you get 5X with CIC or 3X with CIP see payments workshop for which one.
What’s really interesting for me is every one of these stores mentioned are about 2 doors down from each other. In addition… I’m currently looking for a new carrier. Don’t do Sprint… you never truly know a company until there’s a problem!! John 3:16
I cant find deals in my SP app
Found it with in cash back
Be advised, this deal may be targeted for current T-mobile customers only. I’m a Sprint customer, and when I open my Samsung Pay app, and click on Rewards Hunt, it loads the local Sprint stores around me, and offers 1,000 points, instead of the 2,000 points noted in the article. Free points are still free, but just a heads up.
I also think the deal is targeted based on one’s mobile carrier. Mine is Sprint PCS. I didn’t get points at the other carriers’ stores.
Last week, even when standing in, then walking around in, the Sprint store, the app said, “Get closer,” and gave me no points. Left even the Sprint store employees shaking their heads.
Today, I earned 2,000 points from this promo while sitting in my car outside of a different Sprint store.
