Southwest reported their first quarter results today and also announced plans to start operating flights to Providenciales, Turks & Caicos from Ft. Lauderdale- Hollywood International Airport (FLL). They also announced the following:
- Service to Grand Cayman with the opening of the new five-gate international concourse Ft. Lauderdale- Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
- In June consolidate their Ohio operations and launch service to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport
- Earlier this week they launched service from San Diego International Airport (SAN) to San Jose del Cabo/Los Cabos, Mexico
- New Sacramento service starting in August 2017
Good news for Southwest fans and those with Southwest companion passes.
