Now that SPG & Marriott are giving reciprocal status and the ability to transfer points in both directions, you should be aware that if you have SPG Platinum status then you’ll receive Marriott Platinum as well. Match To More Programs
StatusMatcher is a cool website that’ll show you if people have been able to successfully status match to/from different programs. At the moment it doesn’t look like any programs are really matching from SPG or Marriott – but maybe they’ll do so soon!
