Wyndham Rewards announced a partnership with the Bakkt app, a digital asset marketplace. You can now cash out Wyndham points for cash to your bank or for gift cards at .35 cents per dollar. Obviously not a good value, but I suppose it’s nice to see a backup base level points value.
They also have a separate limited-time signup offer for 3,000 points which we’ve covered in a separate post.

Thanks for posting this. I had 12k points expiring at the end of the month and no redemption planned. There is no way to keep these from expiring until now … Bad value is better then no value.
You can transfer 10k to Caesars and then back to Wyndham to reset the expiration date. Do that twice to reset all 12k points.
Definitely not a good value
If you link account and only cash out 100 Wyndham points you will get 3000 Wyndham points
