The Offer
No direct link to offer, search for ‘Factor’
- Swagbucks is offering 6,000 Swagbucks (worth $65) when you sign up to Factor and spend $35. Must use promo code Save50Factor
The Fine Print
- Must use code Save50Factor to earn SB.
- Please allow up to 45 days after subscribing to Factor for SB to be credited to your account.
- This offer is only available to new Factor customers.
- Must enter valid sign-up information, including credit card information to earn SB. Offer may only be redeemed once (1) per user.
Our Verdict
The best plan to select is 4 meals per week at $15 per meal, when you use the Save50Factor code you end up paying $35 after the fees. This means you can make $25 and get four meals for free. Some readers have issues with tracking with Swagbucks, but I haven’t run into the same problems (make sure you’re not using any adblocker or VPN) so up to you if it’s worth that risk or not. If you’re new to Swagbucks, please read our review. You can also get a bonus of up to $13 by using a referral link.
Hat tip to DDG
I don’t see the Factor offer at Swagbucks or Mypoints. Dead?
Will did not update all of the post. The swagbucks reference is all old stuff, you are suppose to be paying attention to the acorn portion, hence the title.
i assume i would need to reopen my Acorns account and pay the $3 monthly for this? if so, probably will pass
Acorns Earn does require an active Acorns subscription. Acorns Earn offers take 3-7 days to show up as pending on the ledger and 120 days to post so you’d need to maintain the subscription for at least 4 months. Their cheapest subscription is the $1/mo Acorns Assist tier. I got my subscription through the Swagbucks deal posted here. If you recently closed your Acorns, they’ll offer a $15 bonus to rejoin at some point.
thanks for the info
I see 2 Acorns offer posted recently at doc, so wondering if it is worth it to rejoin. So are you planning to keep the subscription after you get the cb or close it again?
I also got the $15 rejoin offer a few days back

The rejoin offer is a money-maker, so I’d say it’s worth subscribing again just for that. You can always downgrade to the $1/mo Acorns Assist tier after the first month. With Acorns Earn, you need to maintain the Acorns membership until the offer is paid out which usually takes 120 days.
Factor is owned by hellofresh now, so maybe no future clawbacks now.
120 days to post isn’t worth the headache for me personally lol. Half the time these things never track.

Not sure if Acorns would have similar clawback issues as the Prodege sites (Swagbucks, MyPoints, etc.) but it does take 120 days to post.

It is 8900 MP on MyPoints. It costs $20 for the 4 meals per week subscription, so about $39 money maker. Points went pending almost instantly. It is shown as 5000 SB on Swagbucks, but says 4000 SB in the terms.

Do you think it’s safe? Lots of reports of a clawback
I have taken screenshots of the offer. If they claw it back, I’ll fight for sure.
Yes, but I have also saved the screenshots in case they claw it back later.

DP: Points clawed back 15 months after posting. I stayed subscribed for 47 days, and complied with all terms of the offer. Opened a ticket and will update.
Update: points reinstated 5 days after opening a ticket. I should also mention that I had misremembered, and that I had actually maintained my membership for 4 months, rather than 47 days.
Just happened to me today, 3 years after staying subscribed and complying with all terms of the offer. Opened a ticket as well. Jeez.
LOLZ mine was clawed back today more than a year later.
I have a very high tolerance in this hobby, but I might just have to write-off Swagbucks once and for all. It’s just too much of a headache every time – and though I likely end up on top, I hate the idea of giving them any business at all.
Clawbacked mine too. As soon as I had enough swagbucks of 6k. Gonna join
Joe for BBB complaint.
Clawbacked today after Hello Fresh posted. Fuck this!?!
