The Offer

Direct Link to offer (search for these within Revenue Universe)

Revenue Universe via Swagbucks is offering various Norton deals which are moneymakers:

  • 3,600 ($36) when you sign up for Norton 360 which starts at $8.49/month. Should be a $27.51 moneymaker.
  • 6,000 ($60) when you sign up for a 1-year subscription with Norton 360 for Gamers which costs $34.99. Should be a $17 moneymaker.
    • Update: Two notes: 1) for this deal the terms state “must be a new customer for ALL Norton products”. 2) readers are not seeing the stated $34.99 price, instead it’s $44.99.
  • 2,800 ($28) when you sign up for Norton Security iOS app which costs $14.99 for first year. Should be $13 moneymaker.
  • 1,153 ($11.53) when you sign up for Norton Secure VPN which starts at $4.99/month. Should be a $6.54 moneymaker.

Our Verdict

We’ve posted some of these Norton deals in the past, so you might not be eligible now. Basically, these deals come up whenever Revenue Universe doubles payouts. I think two of these deals we’ve seen previously and two are new. In any case, might be a worthwhile moneymaker, especially if you value the product itself.

Rev Universe will claim they didn’t get your information from Swagbucks, Swagbucks will then claim that payouts are up to revenue universe and that they can provide no customer service on the tickets. Buyer beware, it all adds up to yet another Swagbucks no payout scam

360 for gamers purchase hasn’t popped up in my SB account through RevU. Agree with some of the other posters that it’s hit or miss.

Just wanted to point out that Swagbucks can be a hit or miss. They denied my SoFi click-through even after providing them proof of offer completion. YMMV for all Swagbucks deals.

Strangely, SB never triggered my click/purchase and it did not show it even in the visited website. It seems that it becomes a money loser. Is there a way to cancel the purchase?

Tnx. Anyway, I did not like the Norton/lifelock products. I used the 60 day cancellation/money-back option to get the refund.

I have 0 faith in Mypoints… especially when you’re risking money on them paying out. Pass for me.

Correct. Several times, the purchases would not trigger and it is a hassle to follow-up. I only use them, if I really need the product (but not use them as a small money maker).

After purchase the Norton 360, received “We want to let you know that there is an issue with processing your order. … We apologize for the delay.”
Then it became successful after 3~4 hours, but now what I see on the RU status is “Clicked”, what is the status of yours? What should I do next? wait or contact CS?

I went through RU to Norton and created a new account, but failed to make the payment. Is this account still valid to make the purchase or I have to creat a new one again through RU?
Also, can I pay with paypal or credit card only?
Thanks!
