I apologize for sounding like an 80 year old grandmother here, but hopefully someone can help me after I explain the situation.

I got a T-Mobile iPhone 12 as a work phone because my old phone could not download an app needed to work there.

I have just been using it on Wi-Fi, I didn’t switch phones. The phone they sent came with a SIM card. If I put this in the phone will I have to sign up for a monthly service? Or can I just use it to get T-Mobile Tuesday deals? What information is required?

Again, I probably sound like a moron to everyone here, but I am interested in the MLB service, I couldn’t care less about the $3 gift cards every week or actually using it as a phone.

You can log into the T-Mobile Tuesdays app on any phone, it doesn’t need to have a T-Mobile SIM in it.
To log in, you’ll need to receive an SMS message on your T-Mobile number, then enter that into the app. Again, these can be two separate phones(the one that receives the SMS message, and the one with the T-Mobile Tuesdays app).
