Me too. Either targeted, or maybe this is for Targets in areas who *don’t* have Starbucks in them (all the ones near me have Starbucks now, when there used to be a Target run food area that offered food: pizza, hotdogs, popcorn, etc).
Omg $2 retail price for two mini cookies.
The cafes in the local Targets near me all converted to Starbucks.
