Our Verdict

I was targeted, received email, clicked to claim miles and received a message: “You are not eligible.” ?????
Marketing fail.
I’d give them a call.
I started dialogue via Twitter messaging including screenshots. It’s very apparent that one side doesn’t know what the other is doing. Even with screenshots and explanations I’m being asked to register (what I tried to do when denied) and to provide a promo code (there isn’t one just email invite). Making a bad thing worse. Ugh!
That’s very annoying, sometimes these promos work themselves out if you wait a few days.
