Update 12/27/23: More people targeted.
Update 10/2/23: Deal is back with promo code CITI15OFF and valid through December 31, 2023.
The Offer
Direct Link to offer (our affiliate link)
- Amazon is offering $15 off when you add a Citi card to your Amazon account, then apply CITICARD15 at checkout to an order of at least $15.01, and pay with your Citi card.
The Fine Print
- Offer is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold.
- Offer only applies to products shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if “fulfilled by Amazon.com” or “Prime Eligible”.
- Offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your original order. If any of the items in your original order are subsequently returned, your refund will equal the original price of the product, less the proportional amount of the discount. The total discount on the unreturned amount of your original order will then be less than $10.
Our Verdict
Presumably this is targeted to those who don’t have a Citi card in their Amazon login. Perhaps removing your Citi card and then trying again (maybe after 24 hours) will get you targeted, let us know if you try. We once saw a similar $15 promo which is now expired.

The offer may have ended on December 31; the link leads to an empty page.
This offer works with the same Citi card under different Amazon accounts.
I’ve used 2x on my and parent’s Amazon. Doublecash btw
Followed the link and worked with my Double Cashback card. Thanks.
I unlinked my Citi card a couple days ago because I was getting the you aren’t eligible message. Keep trying the link, it worked for me today.
worked on my Double Cash thanks!
Thanks!
It worked again.
I bought a $16 Panera eGift card.
I don’t have Prime so eGift cards are better option.
The previous deal was back in June when the promo code was CITICARD15.
Thank you worked perfect!
Got it, thanks!
The promo code seems to fail, but actually works.
When entering the promo code, it would give an error saying it could not be applied to the order (even though I did everything right and triple-checked the product was shipped and sold by Amazon). But then $15 promotional balance would suddenly show up right above the code field. Sure enough when I continued to review the order, the $15 was marked off the price with the Citi promo description.
At first place, does link showed you that you’re eligible before trying the final step?
When I first click the link to the offer from this page, yes it did show that I was eligible, if that’s what you’re asking?
aye, that’s what I intended to ask. Mine shows not eligible, hence asked. Thanks!
To find items shipped and sold by Amazon, use the URL trick described here: https://fasttrackfba.com/how-to-find-items-sold-by-amazon/. I was searching for so long to find something I wanted that was eligible, but then found something right away with this trick.
