Our Verdict
I just got this on two of my cards, and others have gotten this as well. If they decide to 1099 this, like they did last year, that’ll cut into the gain here, but you shouldn’t get a 1099 if you don’t plan on having other bonuses during the year 2019 or 2020 (last year, they only sent it if you had $600+ across all Chase referral/misc bonuses).
