I just used Dosh for the first time with this Walmart offer. I completed a transaction through the app, but its been a couple of hours and no “instant” cash back, and there is no “recent activity”. (No indication I made a transaction).

How long does it take for Dosh to recognize the transaction? If it’s instantaneous, how did I screw up?

bro… +2% on office depot stacking with CIC and now +2% walmart stacking with Freedom or Freedom Flex or Freedom Unlimited if you got the 5% on $12k first year… money making opportunities… sucks you can’t order $500 vgc to pick up on walmart grocery… but, it’s still all good.

Would like to stack this with Discover’s 5% now+ 5% later for Walmart.com but DOSH doesn’t like Discover.
Ideas?

Try PayPal Key (as a Mastercard) linked to your Discover card. FM’s review on 10/14 (https://frequentmiler.com/paypal-key-virtual-master-card/) suggested that it might work for DOSH in addition to passing through the charge from the original merchant to Discover.

Q3 Discover 5% on PayPal (Key) coded as “PayPal-Merchant”.
Doubtful it will capture the Q4 5% Walmart.com if I use PPK.

Iks of course PPK needs to be linked for both Dosh and WM.
What SOZ is saying is PPK is coded as Paypal transaction on Discover so it won’t earn 5% on Discover in Q4’20 as this time bonus category is Walmart.com not Paypal.
Are you implying that is not the case? In other words Discover 5% works with PPK for Walmart.com?

DiscoverIt has run this offer for months on TV. “We’ll match your earned cashback on your signup anniversary”. Q4 5% bonus merchants are Walmart.com, Amazon.com, and Target.com. (limits/terms apply) You get 5% back now and 5% back later.

SOZ Thanks. I know they do cashback match for new accounts on first year anniversary but for older accounts if they are advertising something like this I have completely not seen it.
