I think they only offer this to accounts who have actively bought something in x months of just have a large purchase history. Main account always is targeted by secondary accounts never do.

Been holding off on a few purchases because I was hoping for/expecting this, glad to see I wasn’t wrong. I had to go to my messages to find the offer, when usually I’ll see it come up among the deals and whatnot that scroll across the top of the main page.

As was true in my June 28 post, I haven’t been purchasing anything on eBay lately.
Interesting update: I wasn’t eligible after clicking the provided link, but then the next day I saw a notification on my phone offering me the 5% eBay Bucks. I didn’t visit eBay’s website nor use their app—so obviously no purchase, either—in the intervening time.
The account that I use to purchase stuff used to get targeted every time but now never does.
Same here, wasn’t eligible this time around. Maybe it has something to do with my purchase frequency dropping? (I was buying things pretty regularly before and would get targeted each month the offer popped up.) Dunno.
Based on my own experience, the only account out of three I have gets targeted is the one with a large extensive purchase history.
I have tried 4 different ebay IDs that i have……every time I get this: “Offer activation status
