Topcashback: Free Fall Kitchen Towel Via Target (Works For Existing Users)

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Topcashback is offering $2.99 cash back when you purchase a $2.99 kitchen towel via target, making it free after cash back. Deal works for existing users and in store pick up, so no shipping fee applies in this case.

The Fine Print

Our Verdict

If you’re a new user then read our review first and then remember you can currently get a $25 sign up bonus. Obviously this isn’t a huge offer, but I do love free stuff. Probably only worth it if you’re going into a target anyway or live close to one. Even if you don’t like the designs you could always pick one up for free and then give it to a charity for somebody more in need. I know a dish towel isn’t much, but sometimes when you’re struggling the little things count.

I just picked up my order. I got three towels! They were in one clear plastic bag as if they were a set, but each had its own tag and rack hook thingy. Sweet.

I’m seeing “Unfortunately we can no longer offer cashback with this merchant. Please browse our alternative merchants or search above.” My account must not be targeted.

Also can be useful if you’re trying to reach the minimum for referral or cashout.

I hadn’t thought about this before but that’s a great point. You need $10 cashback to get your $25 referral bonus, and this is an easy way to get a large chunk of that.

These comments crack me up!

If I find a penny in the parking it on the way in the store, may I keep it too?

What about if someone left their purse in the parking lot? Is it mine too?

And if their car door was left unlocked on a Tuesday, can I take it also? Would that be stealing if my intent was just to pick up a free towel?

Don’t know about the debit card, but there is a grandfathered credit card that gives 25 cents per transaction:

Citizens Bank Green$ense:

If you use your Target card, it makes it less than $2.99. I wonder what happens then. Rules say:
Transactions must contain at least one Select Threshold Kitchen Towels from Target priced at $2.99 to ensure $2.99 cashback is credited to TopCashback accounts. If another item is purchased under $2.99 the cashback amount awarded will be 1% or less (depending on the item(s) purchased) instead of $2.99.

Paying with a Redcard and getting 5% off doesn’t change the fact that the towel is “priced at $2.99.” Same thing if you use a promotional gift card and your out of pocket is $0.

I’m wondering the same thing, but I just ordered one anyway. I guess I’ll find out, and if I’m out $3, oh well.

What happens if you use a redcard + redcard discount? Granted, it’s only 15¢, but it would suck for it to void cb.

I opted for free shipping (paid with REDCard) as opposed to in-store pick-up. I think it should still be valid. We’ll find out in 2 weeks.

If you picked Target as one of your 5 for Drop, not only will you get this wonderful free towel, but you’ll get paid $0.02 to get it!

Fantastic deal.

With the Drop cashback app, you can pick 5 stores as your main stores to get cashback from outside of their other bonuses. Target is one of the stores you can pick, which offers 0.8% cashback if you buy anything from Target with your card(s) linked on Drop.
