Our Verdict
Bonus is also available on the personal version, we already posted about that here. One nice thing about the business card is that U.S. Bank business cards do not report on your personal credit report, so it won’t affect you in terms of Chase’s 5/24 rule. Keep in mind that FlexPoints are now worth a maximum of 1.5¢ per point as well. As always read these things everybody should know about U.S. Bank credit cards before applying. This card is also eligible for real time rewards.

PSA – US Bank cancelled / shutdown my new Business Travel Rewards Visa for spending $2000 at giftcards.com (transaction went through…account was closed afterwards). Sent letter said they suspect improper usage of account. Didn’t get the bonus as the account was closed before the points could hit the account. Will pay the $2000 account balance and move on. Don’t want to deal with their horrible customer service. Would have been nicer if they mentioned some where in their conditions that buying gift cards are not allowed. Also on a different US bank credit card, got charged $39 overlimit fee for going 5 cents over the credit limit. Be careful with this bank which is supposedly the most Ethical company deemed by ‘The Ethisphere Institute’ (wonder if they could not think of a better name).
Does anyone know if the flexperks points can be transfered to a personal Altitude account?
Anyone Know this?
Pretty sure that link is not the business card.
https://www.flexperks.com/credit/travelBusinessBenefits.do
When you apply with this link it asks for business first. Your link does not. However, looks like annual fee not waived unless you spend $24000 in a calendar year but I could be missing something.
I see you changed the link but I believe the annual fee is not waived for the business – am I wrong?
Click apply now, scroll down. It states: $0 for the first year and every year after it will be $55 for Account Owners and $10 for Authorized Employees.
Yup – Good catch. Nothing on the landing page, but the apply now link definitely states annual fee waived. Thanks as always!
