William Charles FYI, your link to the Delta portal currently goes to the Alaska one instead.

Do these airlines just conspire to make these offers all at the same time same way they conspire in offering the same price for the same flight?

They all use the same backend (Cartera), so it’s most likely them setting the promotion terms and dates.

Is there a reason why Best Buy / Walmart never participate via these shopping portals?

You shop there enough anyways that they don’t need to pay these sites a cut of the stuff you buy from there without a payout 🙂

Simple. Both these retailers did participate up until March of this year. Online ordering skyrocketed thanks to Covid-19 that BB and Walmart had no reason to pay someone a referral to attract. Why give an incentive to shop online and curb pickup when people are going to do anyway? I agree with your presumed dissatisfaction – many big name retailers have dropped off making these shopping bonuses harder to achieve. I for one earned tens of thousands of regular and bonus miles through reimbursed company tech purchases. Sorry, it’s just the way it is right now.

Any data points with upromise tracking purchases at giftcards.com? I received confirmation on 7/21 but it isn’t even showing in my pending transactions. My first time using upromise so not sure if that’s normal or I’m SOL.

From past experience it takes a while, but eventually tracks and pays
