Just a quick headsup: for the past few days, United TravelBank funds have been showing a 12-month expiration date. It still shows clearly on the page that TravelBank credits are valid for 5 years. It’s pretty clearly a glitch in the system, and people have been told this by support as well.
A lot of people are noticing this now as they load up their TravelBank to use one of the various travel credits that just renewed on 1/1/26. I haven’t heard anyone actually see a valid credit expire early, it’s just the interface that shows the wrong date. Hopefully they’ll fix it quickly to avoid confusion.
