A teacher can light the way and ease the way – in other words, facilitate learning – but the learner has to walk the path.

I view the site at least once a day. I have saved thousands so far learning from the pros.

That’s because it’s called My Choice (with a space in it), not MyChoice!

If this wasn’t free, it wouldn’t be worth it

You only get two confirmed delivery windows per year, most of my Surepost packages get “upgraded” anyway, and there’s nothing to *stop* UPS from delivering to an “access point”

I agree — and they even charge you if you want to pick up a package at the local pick-up point, something that FedEx will happily do for free since it reduces their workload and reattempts. I guess UPS just has to find ways to price gouge you as much as possible.

Thanks! I was able to upgrade some SurePost packages to Ground and now they’re arriving a day early. And the two 2-hour delivery window guarantees right before iPhone 13 season is perfect.

This has to be the most frustrating and broken website I’ve ever seen (okay, maybe not really), but when I go there, I just a get a screen that says: “User ID:” and then a small blue/green click box with no text. When I click on the box or the < to go back to: https://www.ups.com/ppc/ppc.html?loc=en_US#/preferencePage/mychoicePreference there is no option to upgraded to premium (although I already have Premium from the T-Mobile thing).
