Wells Fargo has made a number of changes that were first picked up by Travel with Grant. The largest change is that if you have multiple cards the rewards are no longer combined:
Rewards accounts will no longer be combined (effective immediately)
If you have multiple Wells Fargo credit cards that earn the same type of rewards, Wells Fargo will no longer pool those rewards into one balance. Impact: You’ll see separate rewards balances for each credit card and you may need to track / manage them separately.
There are a few other minor changes as well:
- Travel rewards partner changing to Aspire Lifestyles (AMERICAS) Inc from Aspire Loyalty Travel Solutions LLC. Means cruise bookings will no longer be available
- Automatic redemptions and gifting rewards are ending on September 25, 2026
