Our Verdict

Hopefully this is available at most Wendy’s locations. Not a huge freebie, but if you’re near a Wendy’s anyway then free is free.

Thanks. It was actually good. Tastes like Whataburger’s Breakfast on a Bun. I almost just ate the sausage bc the bottom of the “croissant” was thick AF, thicker than a burger bun. Wasn’t light and flaky as expected. But, still good.

I tried the Sausage Egg & Swiss Croissant, and it was pretty good. Probably the best fast food breakfast sandwich I’ve had.

They do delivery too (through Doordash, at least in my area), but that adds $10 of fees.

Got my sausage croissant this morning via app. The croissant was square-shaped like the burgers.

Minivan driver in front of me at the drive-thru wanted one for every member of her extended family, and was told “one free sandwich per order per customer per day”.
