Our Verdict
Looks like you can get the $100 sent directly to a bank account, this will likely trigger any bank account bonus that has a direct deposit requirement (as long as it requires $100 or less) as government benefits are almost always called out as working. Kids are expensive, but $100 is $100.
Awesome thanks for posting about this!
I’m sure the fact that this “Hey we created a budget surplus, so here’s your bonus check!” makes total fiscal sense and has nothing to do with an election in six months…
Kids might be expensive, but they’re really worth it.
Why is this opt in? That is so classist and frankly a little racist.
Filing taxes is opt-in. Is that racist too? Is everything in the world that requires individual effort and initiative racist? The “everything is racist” shtick is hackneyed and warn out, maybe you should reserve it for things that are actually racist…
Also, Wisconsin gives you a tax credit if you move here and get a job. Also, we have more jobs available than people to fill them. Also, our schools are great.
But I still have to drive to ORD to take advantage of most award flights.
Yes, back in the days of Midwest Express, flying from MKE was great; it was their hub so nonstops to almost everywhere they flew, and they were a seriously great airline for much of their life. Nowadays it’s the same for me – I usually fly to ORD, which nearly kills many deals.
