Just had this promo/code appear again / targeted towards me today.
Think I got mine for $9.99.
Chatted with Amazon, sent Rep a screen shot showing $20 off.
Rep gave some bs story about it being a flash sale and code was no longer available. Showed him it was right there on the screen and only too $10 off instead of $20 when I applied it. Rep then said he would credit me $20 when item is delivered.
“Okay, I am sorry for the confusion. No worries we will issue you $20 once the package will be delivered to you 🙂 No worries, i will annotate it and when the packages will be delivered, we will issue $20.”
FYI if your page shows the coupon is $20 off (or maybe even if it doesn’t say that) lots of people (myself included) have had success chatting with amazon to lower the price to $20.

hello. i dont know 100% why this is working but i was able to apply both this fire stick coupon and the $20 credit from a few days ago for amazon moments store, even though this fire stick is not in the moments store (certified refurbished fire stick is). my guess is because i didnt get the credit posted within 24 hours like how others were posting, so i contacted amazon chat support and i think they manually applied the credit (the credit name is “amazon express” for $20; i dont know if the name of the credit would be different had it been applied automatically). out of pocket was $5.23 tax included. as an fyi i think this fire stick may also qualify for cash back on certain websites like my points since its an amazon device.

I use to use the Firestick when Kodi alive. Now that Kodi is dead, I switched to Chromecast. Chromecast and a tablet works better for Youtube videos and easier it is easier to do searches in Netflix, Hulu, etc……..
Not sure why you feel kodi is dead, works fine for me. The pirate world may have largely moved on to apps (also work fine on firestick), I use them for foreign stuff I can’t get in USA. Can search YouTube on phone/tablet and toss it to firestick no problem (now that there is an official supported app), haven’t tried with Netflix. What is dead for you?
There are much better streaming options than Kodi now. Many of the streaming options in Kodi do not work and have reduced content to the point where it is slow, frustrating and practically useless. Youtube is much more fluid and easier to use with Chromecast.
I have mine tweaked to the hilt and I can’t believe how well it works. There is so much you can do with one of these if you do a little bit of research. i’m not a fan of Kodi but I love all the 3rd party apps that can be used to access about anything.
