Obviously a great deal if targeted, worth checking now to see if you are as I think that 95k cap will be hit quickly depending on how many people were targeted.

I also have the $10 off any order. I’ve tried twice to place an order for a $10 gift card at eGifter and both times it was cancelled. First it was because I used a different address for this PP account than I was using at eGifter. Then I tried creating a new eGifter account with the PP address and it got rejected again. I finally added my eGifter email to the eBay account, and set it to be the primary email on that account and THAT allowed the order to go thru. Maybe they were pickier than normal because I was sending a gift (so I could convert it to Amazon). I guess the extra security they enforce is good but what a pain it was for me!

As far as I can tell from the email the offer looks to be a legitimate Paypal offer but when I spoke with Paypal CS they had no information about this offer and suggested it is fake!! I am still trying to wrap my head around it.
Is this normal for Paypal Customer Service?
I think that most CS will have no idea about different offers like this that are sent out to random customers. You should have been able to check the links to verify that they went to PayPal.com. It’s unfortunate that CS suggested that it was fake.
I got the $10 offer, straight up. I bought a $10 Adidas Gift Card on eGifter, swapped it into an Amazon Gift Card. Paypal offer took care of the entire purchase. Now my Amazon Gift Card balance is $10 greater.
Note the $10 is credited immediately. I was able to buy a $25 gift card from HD for $15 charged to my credit card.
Since I use Paypal for all my eBay purchases and I have made over 10 such purchases within the last month, I doubt I would be targeted.

I got the same offer and used egifter. See my earlier post, the email address you use for egifter has to be the same as the primary address of the PP account.

The other 1/2 got the same and $10 for $10 on Topcashback (expires 9/11 11:59 PT). TC is basically a 24hr deal.
If I am targeted Should I get this by email … will it also be in Paypal deals and offers…, or do I have to have an ready to place to see if paypal applies?
