The Offer
- Stash Invest is offering existing & new customers a bonus of $50 when they direct deposit deposit $300+
The Fine Print
- To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (i) have both a Stash Invest account and a Stash Debit account (a.k.a. a Stash banking account) in good standing (as defined below) as of the Effective Date or any date thereafter, AND (ii) have one or more direct deposits of at least $300, in aggregate, post from your paycheck(s) to your Stash Debit account during any thirty (30) day period following the Effective Date. If you satisfy the conditions stated in the previous sentence, Stash will make a one-time deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
- For example, if you open a new Stash Invest account and Stash Debit account on December 5, 2019, and receive a paycheck twice per calendar month and set up two direct deposits so that at least $150 from each paycheck (for a total of $300) is posted to your Stash Debit account within any thirty (30) day period following December 5, 2019 (e.g. January 1, 2020 through January 31, 2020), you would qualify for a one-time cash reward of $50 into your Stash Invest account.
- You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you receive this Promotion directly from Stash. You are only eligible to receive one cash reward under this Promotion. The cash reward will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you satisfy the conditions stated herein. The cash reward deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. The cash reward must remain in your Stash Invest account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the cash reward is deposited into your Stash Invest account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion.
Our Verdict
You can get a new user bonus of $25, so this is an additional $50. Not sure how widely targeted this is, or what counts as a direct deposit. Might as well try doing this deal if you’re eligible as you already have an open account and really nothing to lose.
