- Spend $100 with the Paypal app on an in-store payment and receive a $20 credit to your Paypal account.
- Spend $50 with the Paypal app on an in-store payment and receive a $15 credit to your Paypal account.

Various offers are being reported and some people report not getting any offer. For some it popped up in their Paypal app and for others it was via targeted email.
The Fine Print
- Tax and shipping fees don’t count toward the spend requirement.
- The offer is being reported as valid until 6/17/15.
- Only valid for those who received this offer from Paypal via a banner upon login.
- Not valid on gift cards.
- The $10 Paypal credit is not eligible for withdrawal (i.e. it must be spent in the Paypal account, online or in-store).
- Credit will post within 4-6 weeks.
Our Verdict
We’ve seen lots of reports of people getting one of these offers and that means that you have a good chance of getting it too. If you don’t have the Paypal app, it may be worth downloading it for this purpose and seeing if the offer pops up for you.
I have a hard time believing that the gift card exclusion and the shipping/taxes exclusion will be enforced, as it’s an in-store purchase they don’t typically have a large amount of info on the exact nature of the charge. Then again, who knows?
If you can find a useful store that accepts Paypal payments this can really be a great deal. Will be interesting to see how Paypal in-store payments code on the credit card, if they’re considered online purchases or in-store purchases.
