We wrote a Daily Deal that some people who are getting an email with a free $15 or $25 or $30 Zappos credit for joining Zappos Rewards (one-click). Run a quick Zappos search in your email to see if you got one.
I got the $25 credit myself, and my Gmail search indicates that I’ve gotten similar Zappos credits in the past.
After wasting too much time scouring websites for something $10 shipped, I now usually ignore these kinds of emails. Typically, you’ll have to pay for shipping, and often there are no cheap items on the site. If you have a pair of shoes to buy, the Zappos credit will be worthwhile, of course.
Looking at Zappos shipping policy it’s apparent that they don’t ever charge shipping. Now the only hurdle is finding items $25 or less. Turns out, there are actually quite a few.
As on many websites, you can sort by Price Low-to-High after selecting a category. There are actually hundreds of cheap items on the Zappos site.
Sample items:
- Sunglasses
- Even some watches under $40
- Phone cases
- Wallets
- Some bags and pocket books
- Lots of cheap travel accessories you might find useful
- Crocs
- T-shirts
- Water bottles and mugs
- Some kiddy umbrellas
Most of the selections linked above are for men, but you can easily switch the filter to search for women’s clothing.
Too many choices…what to buy…what to buy…
Note: The initial email indicated that the code expires after 30 days, but the final email which contains the code states an expiration date of 6/10/17.
