I walked in Manhattan Union Square 7-Eleven about 5 am this morning. The employee told me they do not have pizza. Is this normal in the New York City area?

I need to scan 7-Eleven logo to get the offer picture 1X free breakfast sandwich and 1X free slice of Pizza.
But what to do next?
Bring this photo to my local 7-Eleven to redeem?
Or I need to scan 7-Eleven logo again in the local store?

I would rather have two breakfast sandwiches than sandwich+pizza.
No self-respecting 7-11 would sell (or give away) microwaveable cardboard with cheese and pepperoni. But alas, this is North America.

7-Eleven = romance (in the USA), I’m just about disgusted. Just sounds greasy, at best.
