Previously we’ve seen the following transfer bonuses:
- October 1st, 2019 – October 31st, 2019: 10% (additional 5% bonus for some)
- March 1st, 2019 – April 1st, 2019: 15% transfer bonus

Bonus was instant for me (on the Avianca side).
I think the bonus is on the LM side not Amex. Didn’t we see this before where this was followed up with a bonus on the Amex side so we got a stacked bonus? I think I’ll wait for that until I transfer (if it happens).
I love it when so many believe they’ll lose their points due to that bankruptcy thing they don’t transfer. It leads to these nice bonuses I think.

Good way to extend the mile expiration date. Mine was set to expire 1/31/21 and after this transfer now shows 11/31/21 (took a day or so to update).
Will do this since my redemption was cancelled by COVID…
Still shows 1:1 on my portal but I received the extra %15 in my Lifemiles account when I transferred just now.
