A package of 50 face masks typically costs like $3-$10 when buying a single package; I’m unsure what the typical bulk rates are, but this looks like a nice price at a little over $1 each box. Obviously only relevant for someone with a need for large quantity.

They run like $1 a piece regular price, sometimes there is a small sale.
The ear loop design tested by the CDC to be as about at 1-2% less effective than a US N95 back in May 2020.

Because it has to be said: Headbands are better at forming a seal than ear loops and as such are more likely to protect since improper fitting/use makes any mask less effective.
