Amazon Prime: Save 20% On Amazon Store-Brand Products ($50 Minimum Purchase)

Update 1/24/23: Offer is back

The Offer

Direct Link to offer (our affiliate link here and below)

  • Amazon Prime members can get 20% off qualifying Amazon-brand or Amazon Basics products. Minimum $50 purchase required to get the discount.

The Fine Print

  • The maximum benefit you may receive under this offer is $100 off each eligible order.

Our Verdict

This is really an excellent deal since store branded products are already budget friendly and this deal adds additional 20% to the savings. This offer is probably part of the October Prime Day event which runs October 11th and 12th.

Note, not every Amazon brand product is included in this promotion, you can search to see what’s eligible. It does include a huge array of items including, tissues, paper towels, disinfecting wipes, trash bags, diapers, wipes, as well as various food products (like coffee pods and nuts) and vitamins and drugs.

The fine print makes it sound like you can do this deal more than once, it just needs a minimum $50 purchase in each order. Amazon products also work with Shop With Points promos (which have a few goods one now) and often have Subscribe & Save discounts as well.

3x Amazon Brand Presto paper towels 2 count pack of 8 for just under $54 after subscribe and save 15% off, $3 coupon, and 20% prime savings. Total of 2676sf or $0.020 per sf. Sams club members mark is $18.98 for 1031sf or $0.184 per sf.

About 8.7% more than sams club after all the discounts, but brand is supposedly a bit better than members mark.

“Something went wrong and this promotion isn’t currently shoppable.”
Might have been pulled. Checked it out with regular and business accounts.

Is it just me or paper towels and toilet papers have gone insanely costly?

Gotta pay for luxury of someone delivering home. Price compare with big box

You have to do a bit of comparison shopping to get the best deals. For example, Sam’s Club Members Mark toilet paper is ~$0.18/sq m vs Amazon’s Presto Ultra Soft at ~$0.42/sq m. Both are of comparable quality. Even with the extra 20%, the Amazon TP isn’t a better deal unless, say, someone has Prime but not a SC membership.

It worked on two separate orders > $50.
