Our Verdict
Normally these price out at 110,000 miles. Keep in mind the saaver awards only cost 57,500 miles. It would be nice if American Airlines just released more saaver awards rather than discounting some of the AAnytime awards. To make matters even worse only a small portion of the AAnytime awards are actually being discounted. I can kind of understand why American Airlines wouldn’t advertise this sale, it’s not very good.
